Seedcite for agencies

Seedcite gives an agency a repeatable weekly loop for each client site: audit, a 30-day plan, drafts held for approval, and a weekly check of whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini cite the client. Your team keeps the pen and the client relationship. Seedcite does not promise rankings.

Illustration. One approved page at a time.

Six identical green pots in a row, each holding a different plant.

Who is this for?

Agencies and freelancers who look after several small sites and want to ship more approved content without adding writers. It suits retainers where the client expects regular articles and some evidence of progress, but where nobody has time to brief a writer for every post.

The Scale plan covers up to 10 sites, and Growth covers 3. Pricing shown on the home page is launch pricing and may change before general availability, so check the pricing page for current terms.

What does a month look like, week by week?

  1. Week 1. Run the free audit on the client site. Seedcite reads the pages, learns the voice and products, and flags thin pages and broken links. You share the findings with the client and pin any keywords they insist on.
  2. Week 2. Seedcite builds a 30-day calendar from buyer questions. You review the plan, drop topics that do not fit the client and approve the rest.
  3. Week 3. Drafts arrive in the approval queue, edited and link-checked. Your editor reads each one, adds client-specific detail, and approves, edits or skips.
  4. Week 4. Approved posts publish to the client's WordPress site or through a signed webhook. The weekly check shows which questions ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answer with the client's page, and which are still open. You send that, with the suggested next topics, to the client.

What will Seedcite not do?

  • It will not publish anything you have not approved. Every post waits in the queue for you to approve, edit or skip.
  • It will not buy or trade backlinks, and it does not run a link exchange.
  • It will not invent customers, quotes, reviews or statistics. Claims that cannot be sourced are left out.
  • It will not promise rankings or citations. Its only traffic promise is a refund, under the 90-day results guarantee. It reports what the weekly checks find.

It also will not replace account management. Strategy, client communication and deciding what is true about a client's business stay with your team.

What should you check before using it on a client?

  • Confirm the client publishes on WordPress, or can receive a signed webhook. Those are the launch options, with more platforms planned over time.
  • Agree who approves content on the client side, and how fast.
  • Decide which claims need the client's sign-off, such as prices, guarantees and medical or legal statements.
  • Set a baseline of tracked questions before the first post so you can show change later without overclaiming.
